STEP 1: Complete the Below Enrollment Form

Fill out the requested contact information below, upload your documents and contact our office to request the electronic enrollment packet, (888)233-6026 

Upload ONE of the following documents;  

• Your court referral
• Probation order
• Court docket
• The citation (violation ticket provided by police officer)
• Temporary driver's license (pink paper provided by arresting officer)
• DMV drivers history record - K4 printout https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/customer-service/request-vehicle-or-driver-records/online-driver-record-request/

STEP 2: Contact Us

Upon completion of the electronic enrollment packet , call our office to  schedule your enrollment appointment on ZOOM, and submit your down payment (888) 233-6026.

STEP 3: Finalize Enrollment

At your enrollment appointment on ZOOM, a counselor will:

• Review the contracts and forms with you
• Provide you with a class schedule
• Answer all your questions
• Proof of enrollment will be submitted electronically to the DMV within 24-hours of your enrollment appointment
