Driver Safety Awareness Program (DSAP) is committed to assuring you receive the best in DUI Program services in California. At DSAP, we are here to make the program simple and convenient for you. We understand that receiving a DUI offense and the subsequent consequences can be overwhelming, so we have made it easy and flexible. You can choose your schedule and take courses via live virtual services from the convenience of your home or other private space using Zoom. Our staff is experienced, caring, and will assist you at every step. We are dedicated to making your journey stress-free and ensuring your satisfaction. Completing the DUI program is our main goal, and we will always try to make it easy for you. Our goal is to assist you in successfully completing your DUI Program and comply with your court order and/or DMV requirements to regain driving privileges. 12 hour (6-week) alcohol and drug education program. (L.A. and Oakland)
A person convicted of Wet-reckless driving with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood must complete a twelve-hour DUI education program. We are proud to offer our wet reckless program as an alternative to standard DUI convictions. We work closely with our participants, ensuring they receive the necessary education, counseling, and support to address any underlying issues related to alcohol or drug use.
3 month - 30 hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program. (L.A. and Oakland)
6 month - 45 hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program.(L.A. and Oakland)
9 month - 61.25 hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program.(L.A. and Oakland)
Multiple Offender - 18 Month (Oakland)
18 month - 76.5 hour alcohol and drug education and counseling program.(Oakland)
